We want you, our loyal customer, to be satisfied
with your purchase. Therefore, we provide the following return policy and
procedure. If, for any reason, you decide not to keep the stone, we will
accept it back in its original condition, no questions asked, free of
charge, for a refund or an exchange within thrity (30) days of purchase.
All you need to do is:
- The returned item must be (A) shipped by
registered US mail (B) the package must be insured for full value and
(C) please request a return receipt.
- Once the package has been received and the
contents inspected, we will call or send you an email to let you know
that we have received your merchandise. A full refund by the means of
original the payments will be issued within three days of when we
notify you of receipt.
- Please note that we cannot accept any returned
merchandise not shipped in this manner. Any improperly packaged or
non-insured returns will be returned to sender.

If you prefer, you may exchange your original
items for another selection, provided they are returned within 30 days of
the original date of sale. If you prefer an exchange to a refund, 828 will
issue you a full credit against another selection of your choice. If you

Once the 30 day period has expired, you will have
the opportunity to upgrade a diamond purchased through 828 anytime you
wish to do so. You will get a credit for the original price paid for your
diamond towards your new diamond purchase. We will verify, it is the
original diamond, and that no defects occurred after wear and tear (highly
unlikely). In the case of an actual damage to a diamond, we will accept
the diamond back after subtracting the cost of polishing and reshaping the
diamond.
